▍High profile, high treatment
Foreigners who are high-end talents, have had prominent contributions and are particularly needed by the state, with the recommendation from relevant authorities of the state, management department ranked higher than province level government, or high profile development area, can apply for permanent residency, along with their spouses and under aged children.
高端人才、贡献突出、国家特别需要的外国人，经国家有关部门、省级以上管理部门或国家重点发展区域管理部门推荐，可以与配偶和未成年子女一起申请永久居留权。
