You can make online and offline purchases in China, including online shopping platforms and offline scanning or QR code payments:

2.About Fees 关于手续费
The handling fee for recharging the Tour Card depends on the commercial bank of your overseas card, with a minimum fee of 0. The exchange rate will be applied in real-time based on the organization of the overseas bank card during the recharge. When you use the Tour Card for purchases within China, there are no additional fees. Upon card cancellation, the service fee corresponding to the balance will be refunded to the overseas bank card.
旅行通卡充值的手续费取决于你充值的境外卡所在的商业银行，最低为0。 将在充值时以境外银行卡组织的汇率实时扣除，使用Tour Card在中国境内消费时无手续费，退卡时余额对应的充值服务费将同步退回到境外银行卡。
3.About Consumption Limits 关于消费限额
The spending limits for the Tour Card in the Cloud Quick Pass app vary based on different payment methods:

When the payment code is scanned: The per transaction limit ranges from 300 to 1000 yuan (mainly depending on the app's network status); the daily limit ranges from 2000 to 5000 yuan (also depending on the app's network status).

When using "Scan": For static code payments, the maximum per transaction is 1000 yuan, and the maximum daily total is 1000 yuan. For dynamic code payments, the maximum per transaction is 5000 yuan, and the maximum daily total is 5000 yuan.
