In the kitchen of the Russian Red Square Restaurant near Tianyi Square, a young and beautiful chef is busy preparing various delicious dishes. Her skilled and rhythmic movements are like performing a unique Russian kitchen symphony. While cooking, she occasionally looks up and gazes through the kitchen window at the restaurant. There, customers are seated under warm lighting, some whispering conversations and occasionally laughing happily, while others quietly taste their food, as if contemplating life. Each scene is harmonious and beautiful. For Natalia, being able to gaze at the restaurant environment is a great pleasure.
在天一广场附近的俄罗斯红场餐厅厨房里，一位年轻貌美的厨师正忙碌地制作着各种美食。她的手法熟练而富有节奏感，仿佛在演绎着一曲独特的俄罗斯厨房交响曲。在制作美食的同时，她时不时抬起头，透过厨房的窗户看向餐厅。那里，客人们围坐在温暖的灯光下，有的低声交谈着，时而发出愉快的笑声；有的则静静地品味着食物，仿佛在思考人生。每一个画面都显得那么和谐而美好。能够如此注视着餐厅内的环境，对于娜塔莉来说即是莫大的享受。
Fate Led Me to Ningbo 缘分让我选择了宁波
Five years ago, at 25, Natalia was already the sales director of a well-known hotel in Russia, leading a team of nearly 20 salespeople. Her job was stable and full of energy. At that time, she encountered an old friend who had just returned from China. When they talked about life in China, her friend's glowing eyes deeply infected her. The vastly different exotic scenery, fresh and diverse culture, colorful life, and the vibrant future and opportunities everywhere excited her and made her restless. After much consideration, she couldn't suppress her curiosity and desire for China and ultimately decided to step out of her comfort zone and embark on a journey to pursue her dreams in China.
When Natalia told her parents about her decision, they were not optimistic. She vividly imitated her worried mother: "Oh, this crazy girl is going to give up her stable life and run to China. I guarantee that she'll come back in a mess within half a year..." Despite her parents' concerns, she did not doubt herself. "When you've decided on something, you must stick to it! Follow your heart!" She said, with a determined gleam in her eyes. When she realized that this year marked her fifth year in China, she couldn't believe it herself.
Her fate with Ningbo began with an online interview. As a result, the Shangri-La Hotel in Ningbo immediately decided to hire Natalia as one of their staff members, as her warm and outgoing personality was exactly what the hotel valued. Thus, without even knowing where Ningbo was, Natalia embarked on a new chapter of her life in Ningbo.
5年前，25岁的娜塔莉已是俄罗斯当地一家知名酒店的销售总监，她带领近20人的销售团队， 工作安稳又充满干劲。彼时的她碰到了一位刚从中国远道归来的老友，聊到在中国的生活时，老友那放光的双眼深深感染了她。那迥然不同的异国风光，新鲜多元的文化，多姿多彩的生活，听说处处都是未来的活力和机会让她心潮澎湃，内心躁动不已。纠结良久，她无法抑制内心对中国的好奇和向往，最终决定跳出舒适区，毅然踏上了寻梦中国的路。
娜塔莉将自己的决定告诉父母后，父母却并不看好。娜塔莉向我们生动地模仿起了她那忧心忡忡的母亲：“噢，这个疯狂的女孩，她要丢掉她现在安稳的生活跑去中国，我保证不到半年她就会狼狈地回来......”。对于父母的担忧，她并没有质疑自己，“当你认定了一件事，你一定要坚持到底！跟着自己的心走！”她说着，眼里始终闪着坚定的光。当她意识到今年是她来到中国的第五年后，自己都感到不可思议。
与宁波的缘分，始于一场线上面试。结果，宁波香格里拉酒店当即决定聘用娜塔莉为酒店员工，因为娜塔莉那热情开朗的性格正是酒店看中的品质！就这样，甚至连宁波在哪里都不了解的情况下，娜塔莉便开启了她在宁波的生活新篇章。
The Origin of the Name "Red Square" Restaurant “红场”餐厅名称的由来
Now, Natalia has brought the famous Russian "Red Square" restaurant to Ningbo.
In Russian history and culture, Red Square is a witness to the history of Moscow and a source of pride for its people. The fame of Red Square is comparable to that of Beijing's Tiananmen Square.
In Ningbo, Tianyi Square holds a similar central position, akin to Red Square in Natalia's heart. Instantly, the name "Red Square" excited Natalia, and she hoped that it could bring more authentic Russian experiences to friends in Ningbo through delicious food, allowing everyone to gradually understand and appreciate Russia.
现在，娜塔莉把俄罗斯著名“红场”餐厅开到了宁波。
在俄罗斯历史文化中，红场是莫斯科历史的见证，也是莫斯科人的骄傲。红场的知名度与北京天安门广场齐名。
在宁波，天一广场也是这样的中心，在娜塔莉心中如红场一般。瞬间“红场”这个名字让娜塔莉感到振奋，也希望它能以美食为名，给宁波的朋友带来更多真实的俄罗斯体验，让大家慢慢了解感受俄罗斯。
Innovation and Fusion of Chinese and Russian Cuisines 中俄菜系的创新与融合
"After coming to China, I fell in love with spicy food, especially Sichuan cuisine!" Natalia exclaimed excitedly when talking about Chinese spicy culture.
In Russia, people usually don't eat spicy food. Since Natalia came to China, Ningbo's grilled fish restaurants have become her frequent hangouts. "Next, we want to try some new cuisines, combining Chinese and Russian food or developing some spicy Russian dishes that maintain traditional flavors while incorporating innovative elements," Natalia said with a determined gleam in her eyes and a slight upturn at the corners of her mouth.
However, innovation requires manpower. The lack of a professional team of Russian chefs has always been a challenge for Natalia. "I hope that more Russian compatriots will come to live in Ningbo, so that my team and I can bring customers even more diverse and delicious choices," she said. As an Aries, she is naturally brave, loves challenges, and is fascinated by the unparalleled sense of achievement that comes from overcoming them.

在俄罗斯，人们通常不吃辣。自从娜塔莉来了中国，宁波各家烤鱼店则是她经常光顾的餐厅。“下一步，我们想尝试一些新菜系，将中俄美食结合到一起，或开发一些辛辣的俄罗斯菜肴，既不丢失传统，又能融合创新”娜塔莉眼角闪烁着坚定的光芒，嘴角微微上扬。
不过，创新需要人手。缺乏更多专业的俄罗斯厨师团队，一直是困扰娜塔莉的难题。“我希望能有更多俄罗斯同胞来宁波生活，这样我和我的团队们能为顾客带来更多不同的美味选择”身为白羊座的她天性勇敢无畏，热爱挑战，醉心于挑战成功后带来的无与伦比的成就感。

Natalie takes a positive attitude towards energy transfer between people and enjoys every customer's arrival very much. When talking about interesting things happening in the restaurant, she smiled and shared with us the story of one of her customers: "A gentleman almost comes to 'Red Square' a few times a week, every time for dinner, silently trying almost all the dishes on the menu. Every time he comes to greet me, I warmly respond to him. Although it is a brief interaction, I cannot help but want to express special gratitude to him. It is his support that makes me feel recognized. One day when he came, and I told him to eat whatever he wanted today. It was on the house, because I thanked him for his time and all his attempts. He was very surprised and moved. Just a simple expression of happiness, hoping that he can harvest warm energy in our restaurant.”
This is a story about an ordinary foreign girl starting a business, which is warm enough for us.
