For employees whose salary is lower than 60% of the local average as lowest standard, they could pay 60% of the average salary; for those salary is higher than 300% of the average salary, they will pay 300% of the average salary as maximum standard; If salary is in between, they could pay based on their actual salary. 

Since 2021, the average salary for foreign workers in Zhejiang Province is 9053.75 RMB per month reference.

当职工的工资低于当地社会平均工资60%的，按照社平工资的60%缴纳；高于社平工资300%的，按照社平工资的300%缴纳；在两者之间的，按照实际工资缴纳。

从2021年起浙江地区的外国人来华工作许可参考的社平工资是9053.75元/月。

根据中国的政策法规，外国人在中国工作期间，有购买社会养老保险的外籍工，在到达规定的养老金领取年龄前出境的，其社保个人账户将被保留。如果他们再次来中国工作或生活，缴费年限可以累计计算。
