Our services do not end there. We still have much to offer to meet your needs over the time you have settled in to Ningbo. While the moving in process may be smooth and successful (of which we always ensure), there is still the process of settling in to Ningbo, knowing how to get about in Ningbo, and especially the management of your tenancy. We take into consideration not just the obvious part of relocation which is the moving in process, but also the difficulties that clients may face after the moving in - from settling utility bills to maintenence services to communicating with the landlords.

  After Service Introduction
  With your move-in completed, our responsibility of property hunting service has officially ended. Our professional After Service Team will now have the job of taking care of your future requirements.

You can choose to continue to utilise Reindeer Station’s services by selecting one of the following packages:
   
  TENANCY MANAGEMENT
  Taking care of the property and managing problems or questions that arise throughout the duration
of your lease is an ongoing process carried out by our After Service Team. The AS Team is fully trained
on providing optimal support for all our clients. This not only includes housing issues, but also cultural
misunderstandings and support.
  Standard Service Programme
  A follow-up inquiry call within 7days, thereafter, quarterly after the expatriate’s move-in
  • Ongoing support throughout the Lease Period (working hours only)
  • Liaison service between tenants and landlords about tenancy-related issues
  • Monitor maintenance services or arrange repair with own supplier when needed
  • Regular and dedicated notification of rental bills via email and phone
  • Guideline of utility bill
  • 3 times on-site assistance for housing issues when needed 
    (Working Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Mondays – Fridays)
  Price: RMB 3,600 per year
   
  Deluxe Service Programme
  A follow-up inquiry call within 7days, thereafter, quarterly after the expatriate’s move-in
  • Ongoing support throughout the Lease Period (24 hours a day 7 days a week)
  • Liaison service between tenants and landlords about tenancy-related issues
  • Monitor maintenance services or arrange repair with own supplier when needed
  • Regular and dedicated notification of bills via email and phone
  • Utility Management
  • 7 times on-site assistance for housing issues when needed
    (Working Hours: 7 Days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year)
  Price: RMB 7,200 per year
  SPECIAL PRICING SERVICES Your needs may sometimes go beyond our above programmes, so you
have a choice to use our services individually. Our standard rates for these services are as follows:
 
RMB 50 per Inquiry RMB 200 per Hour (minimum 1 hour) RMB 500 per Case
Only jobs that require assistance via phone, email, or online tool. Not on-site assistance. Emergency problems that require on-the-spot guidance or service ASC Organises repairs with the landlord or own network of suppliers if approved by the landlord, and follow-up until the problem has been resolved. (Excluding actual repair costs).
Service time is calculated from the time our ASC leaves the office until they return to the office.
Road Time (estimated from office):
RMB 100 per hour

30-min round trip – Jiangbei, Jiangdong, Haishu districts
1-hour round trip - Yinzhou district or Hi-tech district
2-hour round trip - Beilun district
   
  LEASE CONCLUSION
 
Lease Termination RMB 1,000
  • File notice for lease cancellation/termination
  • Coordinate collection of refunds of deposits
  • Coordinate to balance final rent and bill payments
  • Coordinate disconnection of utilities, phone, cable, etc. (advise if transferee must do themselves)
Lease Extension / Renewal RMB 1,000
  • Negotiate key points/new requirements of lease contract on your behalf with the landlord
  • Renegotiate lease rate under your new requirements
  • Preparation of the lease contract extension / renewal
  • Follow-up with your lease contract signing and ensure that all points stated in contract are met successfully
Move-out Assistance RMB 1,500
  • Complete Move-out inspection once handing over the house to the landlord. 
       (important things to know and do before you go)
  • Negotiate dilapidations with landlord for recovery fee
  • Coordinate collection of refunds of deposits
  • Coordinate to balance final rent and bill payments
  • Coordinate disconnection of utilities, phone, cable, etc. (advise if transferee must do themselves)
